The program helped me to find the track (because I saw no track at the moment). And now it is easier to see that track and to get back on it myself. It also helped me to rebuild my lifestyle from a positive place, instead of from a negative perception.

The thing I liked most is the conversations we had during our time training. This is when you really understand what tips the scale when it comes to reaching your goals.

So far the best trainer I have trained with. For many years I have been struggling with weight loss, lacking confidence to perform the exercises. After working out with Lora and also getting diet advice, it has become a part of our routine to go to the gym and to make the right food choices.”

The last three years of my life were very difficult for me, with lots of changes. This had a negative impact on my mental and physical health. I kept on exercising (at least 3 times a week) but I was feeling more often tired, actually less fit and insecure. A problem that arose at the same time was an injury on my left leg. Due to that injury, I had even less of an idea how I am supposed to sport effectively.

I started training 2x times a week with Lora in January (2020) and I am now going to book my third program. The good guidance during the workouts, the focus on technique and the gradual build-up of the training have ensured that, after years, I can again exercise without pain and I can again enjoy it. Lora is really good at motivating and in finding new challenges. The personal mental coaching has helped me to be less insecure and to be able to open myself to others. Exactly this combination of physical and mental coaching has worked great for me!

Although I have lost many kilograms by now and I wear two sizes smaller clothing, the biggest difference for me is the mental change I have achieved!

I struggled for years with weight. I have tried many diets and, during certain periods, I was also actively exercising. I was going to marry in august (2020) and, as a bride, it was my goal to feel pretty in my dress. But the bigger goal actually for me was to feel fitter, stronger and healthier. And, even more, to find a way to achieve that for the long-term so that I stop being frustrated with constantly pursuing a goal I never achieve.

From march to july 2020 I followed a personal training program with Lora 1x a week, and I signed up for a group lesson also once a week. During the Corona-lockdown, I kept on receiving online coaching from Lora.

I got a boost and the needed consciousness on how to work on my goals in a healthy way. I regained the confidence that I can achieve my goals. The combination between the coaching sessions and the physical training was exactly what I needed. I learned that it is not only about exercising and having food under control, but also about my behavioural patterns during the day  and how those can have a negative impact. Lora was there for me even during the Corona-lockdown and that made sure that I did not gain any “corona-kilos”. In the past months, I actually lost 5 kilograms and 6.5 cm from my waist.

Next to that, a year before I started, I had sprained my ankle, which I still feel. I was feeling limitations during some particular exercises. That was demotivating from exercise. However, having been corrected of my posture during the training and by simply keeping up with the exercises, I am even less limited and I feel stronger. Exercising actually has started to be fun.

I am grateful that I found a way that gives me confidence in a healthy and fit future. I am also grateful that I found out that only thinking that I eat healthy does not necessarily mean that it is true. Only after I started logging my food, I found that, although I was eating relatively healthy, I was still eating too much to lose weight. I was, until then, still holding onto old behavioural patterns that do not work.

I’ve completed the 90 day challenge program by Lora Zayn and have to say that it really made a difference for me. I’ve always struggled with finding motivation to exercise and always had excuses why I couldn’t work out (lack of time, gym was too far, lack of energy etc.). Lora’s program made a difference, because it instilled a new habit and it made it clear to me that working out on a regular basis is doable and excuses aren’t justified.

I’m a young professional who spends 40 hours a week at the office and commutes 2 hours every day. On top of that, I have a very busy social life and I used to think it’s impossible to fit exercising into my daily routine. The program Lora created for me is tailored to my lifestyle and my goals and this is the success factor for me. I now work out 3 times a week from home and have developed a stronger, more toned body. Having this new habit into my life and feeling the physical need to exercise is the most important and incredible achievement for me.

Lora is an amazing professional with a depth and breadth of knowledge across multiple disciplines related to personal, business and physical development and improvement! As these are often interrelated is really awesome to have someone on your side who has the mastery of the subjects as Lora does.

Personally, I had Lora coach me through a period of transition from casually training to seriously competing on a national level (Bulgaria) in the Track (running) discipline of 400 meters. Her guidance, hands on approach, motivation and resources were of immense help! Thanks to her I am now on track to compete at a decent level in a competitive and tough field at the age of 30 after 8 years off the sport and with 4 months of training.

I am the type of person who kind of likes to train, but needs motivation to do so, but finds training alone extremely boring. That is why training with Lora is so awesome. I not only have great fun, but I discovered that the way I used to exercise was harmful for my already injured back and knees. She even managed to strengthen my perpetually chicken arms, which I have been trying to strengthen for ever and was unsuccessful.

Most of all, I love that we don’t do the same exercises over and over every time, but change it up, adding new ones, keeping it interesting. I like the tailored approach she has to the individual persons’ strengths and weaknesses. I’m very happy with the results so far. It went much quicker than what I had expected.

My regular training sessions with Lora mean that I am physically and mentally fitter. I get up earlier each morning, think about my nutrition and try to optimise the time I spend with Lora. I really like how Lora is so structured and how she draws up a schedule for each session, so it is clear what we are going to cover. Improved fitness and stamina has had knock-on benefits for my cycling and also for my golf.

I noticed this weekend that the additional strength and fitness that I have means that I was not tired at the end of my round of golf, after carrying my golf clubs. This means that my concentration levels remain high. So, even playing in the wind and rain was fun! Many thanks Lora!
